IL BORGHETTO di Andrea Tafi

Il Borghetto is set in a meadow on the fringe of woodland and olive groves, a few kilometres from Lamporecchio, Andrea Tafi’s home town. This unique property successfully combines the style of the area with a modern relaxing environment, making this a great option for cyclists and their families.

There are six apartments, each bearing the name of a Tafi victory, which have been resurrected leaving the original structure intact. All are extremely comfortable and individually furnished and decorated, all have air conditioning, TV, telephone / internet, a kitchenette which includes dishwasher, microwave oven.

Other services include an outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, bike workshop and cleaning area. There is also a small museum dedicated to Andrea’s life, with photographs and memorabilia spanning his entire racing career, including many original trophies and the most recognisable of all; a Paris – Roubaix cobble stone.
